The texture of our jerky comes from the dryness of the meat which is dehydrated to perfection to enhance the way it tears and tastes.

It is then styled by leaving as strips or cut into bites for easier sharing.

Flavoring is done after the jerky is weighed, and blends beautifully with our signature marinade.

Even our heat levels are really flavors by themselves.

We keep it fresh and natural by not adding additional preservatives* during the jerky-making process. It's then vacuumed-sealed to maintain its freshness while shipping.

This is true jerky.

Cutting with the grain allows for the perfect tear. With the smaller strip, you can enjoy each bite hands-free and still get the great texture and chew that longer strips of jerky are known for.

If you would like your jerky cut differently, such as longer strips or smaller bites, please select a different style when placing your order.
